Do you serve margaritas and Pineapple Tikis at weddings?

Yes — our tropical drink menu is available for wedding receptions where the host or venue holds the appropriate liquor permit. We coordinate with ABC-licensed bartenders. The Luau package includes the drink station; à la carte additions for the Feast package are quoted per event.
What if it rains on my outdoor wedding?

We carry pop-up tents and weather-resistant chafing dishes as part of every beach + outdoor setup. For wedding-scale events we coordinate directly with your planner on a covered backup. North Shore rain showers are typically short and warm — most outdoor weddings ride them out fine.
How far in advance should I book wedding catering?

We recommend 4–6 weeks for smaller wedding parties (50 guests or under), and 8–12 weeks for full-scale receptions. Peak North Shore wedding season is May through September; book 12+ weeks ahead if your wedding falls in that window.
