Can you cater a luau at a public beach park on Oahu?

Yes — we regularly cater luaus at Hauʻula Beach Park, Kualoa Regional Park, Punaluʻu Beach Park, and Bellows Field Beach Park. You'll need to secure the park-pavilion reservation and any city/state permits required for your group size. We bring everything else.
Do you serve Pineapple Tikis and tropical cocktails at luaus?

Yes — our Pineapple Tiki cocktails, lilikoi margaritas, and tropical drink menu are available when the host holds the appropriate liquor permits (state or city, depending on venue). For beach-park luaus, alcohol service may be restricted; check with your park reservation officer.
What's included in your luau sweet-pork dish?

Our sweet pork is slow-cooked overnight using a proprietary recipe — pineapple, brown sugar, soy, and a few other ingredients that we keep close. It comes off the heat shredded, glazed, and ready to serve in Beach Burritos, Gnarly Nachos, or as a stand-alone protein station at the taco bar.
How much luau catering should I order per guest?

Plan for 2–3 tacos per adult guest and 1–2 per child. Family-style luaus with multi-generational groups tend to run on the higher end. Our calculator on the main catering page gives a ballpark in 30 seconds — adjust for your guest mix and we'll quote accordingly.
