Logistics &
Tips.

A few things to help your group visit go smoothly.

Parking

Both locations have roadside and lot parking. Tour buses can pull off Kamehameha Highway at either spot. The Hauʻula restaurant has a dedicated parking lot with more space.

Best Times to Visit

For the smoothest experience with a group, aim for mid-morning (10–11 AM) or mid-afternoon (2–4 PM) when lines are shorter and seating opens up.

Busy Hours to Avoid

The lunch rush (11:30 AM–1:30 PM) and weekend afternoons are our busiest times. If you’re bringing 15+ people, try to avoid these windows or call ahead.

What to Expect

Order at the counter or walk-up window, grab a number, and we’ll call you when it’s ready. Casual dress, no reservations, and plenty of room to spread out.
