Efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. The cashier takes customers’ orders, ensures that prices and quantities are accurate, accepts payments, issues receipts, answers inquiries, and provides helpful information about customers’ products, promotions, or item locations. You will also respond to complaints and maintain a clean workspace.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

▪︎ Accurately explain food orders to cooks, with specific attention to allergies and special requests.
▪︎ Operating square point of sale, cash registers, and other electronics.
▪︎ Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
▪︎ Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate, and proving a receipt to every customer.
▪︎ Processing refunds and exchanges with assistant manager/manager approval, resolving complaints.
▪︎ Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
▪︎ Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol.
▪︎ Maintaining a clean workspace.
▪︎ Following TO DO lists.

Hard-working prep cook to be responsible for setting up workstations in the kitchen and preparing ingredients for the cooking process. The prep cook is required to perform basic cooking duties, monitor stock levels, and take on culinary tasks as they arise.
To be a successful prep cook, you should understand and be willing to comply with food and sanitation guidelines and regulations, be quick and diligent, and be willing to improve on the job. A top-notch prep cook should be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Energetic and professional food runner. You will perform a range of tasks including preparing plates, serving orders, explaining meals when needed, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and cashiers.

▪︎ Assist the cook in finishing the orders with “cold side” by placing cold toppings on the plate.
▪︎ Preparing drinks and cocktails according to the specifications.
▪︎ Assist customers with their orders by explaining specials, meals, and drinks, and making recommendations.
▪︎ Deliver food orders to a variety of customers in a timely manner.
▪︎ Accurately explain food orders to cooks, with specific attention to allergies and special requests.
